This experience was designed to drive brand awareness for Strava locally in Los Angeles as part of the larger Nationwide 'Give Kudos' campaign. Kudos are how millions of Strava athletes share support for each other and spread positivity in the community.
Strava partnered with influential local run group Los Angeles for their weekly group run which is infamously known for their post run Karaoke. The local activation created a memorable brand moment for athletes, produced earned media and included integration of a specially curated segment challenge to highlight one of Strava's key product features. Added bonus- in the way of supprise and delight, Strava sponsored the runner's post run drinks at the after run Karaoke bar. Kudos!

The Last Mile Campaign was a global campaign targeted towards runners who race. The campaign played into the brands competitive side, and encouraged athletes to finish strong and finish fast to make the last mile of their half marathon or marathon their fastest mile split.
To localize the campaign and own the last mile I partnered with a run club in Orange County to prepare for the OC Marathon and Half Marathon. Leading up to the race we gave athletes the tools and information they needed to elevate their training using Strava and on race day supported the run crew and their friends to bring the HYPE at the last mile of the OC Half Marathon through a collaborative and branded cheer zone to remind runners to turn it up.

The Health & Fitness Expo hosts 100+ exhibitors featuring the latest industry trends in running, fitness, and nutrition. In addition, the Expo is the home of Participant Packet Pick-Up for all LA Marathon runners and their families. Anticipating the attention of over 45,000 individuals, Conqur designed a unique and interactive activation that encouraged attendees to share on social media, purchase race entry for the upcoming year, and get their last minute questions answered by the great team of Brand Ambassadors.
The activation included a large 'Hashtag Wall' with plenty of space for attendees to tag the wall, with event branded hashtags and hashtags of other event partners (Muscle Milk, Gatorade, etc.) pre-printed.
The photo opportunity created a big buzz on social media, and the LA Marathon Brand Ambassadors brought the spirt of the Conqur to life through personal interaction with current and future participants.
